In the printing system owned by M Line Factory, part production, assembly and disassembly are done on two separate machines (M Line Factory PRD and M Line Fcatory PCG). PCG plays a role in the processing, while the PRD machine runs the production phase with flow and quantity modules. In this system, which allows all elements of the printing process to occur simultaneously, not sequentially, the pause time is significantly reduced.

Having a 400mm x 400mm x 425mm3 print volume, M Line Factory PRD also provides advantages with its optional laser sources. In this unit, which consists of independent modules of flow (overflow), build (production) and dose (quantity), the modules are operated independently. These modules, which are placed inside the machine with a tunnel system, can be easily changed in this way. During this change, the production process is not interrupted. The 2-axis coating and automatic tool changing system in the unit also provide convenience and flexibility to the users.

Another module, M Line Factory PCG, is produced to perform installation and disassembly operations. In addition, the sieving channel and dust management system are also important components. Another advantage of this technology, which eliminates the use of containers in the transformation between the machine and the screening channel, is that it can be connected to different mobile devices.
